Greenville Shooting

An early morning shooting lands one man in the hospital. It happened around 2:30 Sunday morning on 5th and Sheppard Street. Police say the victim was walking on 5th street when a car approached him and began shooting. We know the victim was taken to Pitt County Memorial Hospital, but his condition is unknown at this time. The only description police have at this time about the car used in this shooting is that it's a dark shade, a large car with rims.
