The Onslow County Sheriff's Office arrested two men after they found a dead body in a ditch. Deputies found the body of 22 year old Joseph Wells near Parkertown Road and Hubert Boulevard, on Saturday. The victim's body had stab wounds in his upper torso. 24 year old Ryan Casler is charged with murder. He has no bond. 20 year old Stephen Jacob is charged with felony accessory after the fact of the murder. He has a $200 bond. Pending the investigation, deputies say they may charge more people for the murder.
