A dog, a school board member and a man who some say escaped justice for molesting a child all caught your attention. In tonight’s viewer’s voice, the one that drew the most attention was what happened to a pit bull dog.
When police officers in Farmville said they had to shoot a pit bull that had charged them, the incident drew a lot of response.
A person signed Farmville residents wrote:
I was very much afraid of this dog that repeatedly escaped form the yard. It is not the first dealing the police have had with this dog. He has gone after many people including myself.

My understanding was that this female puppy was shot four times in the side by men who are supposed to be trained and certified in the use of their weapons. How do you hit a dog four times in the side when she is supposedly facing you in an attack mode?
And on our story about the head of the NAACP asking the Pitt County School Board to remove Billy Peaden from his seat because of charges he operated video poker.
