On Thursday, March 20, 2008, Investigator Dale Foster of the Goldsboro Police Department Criminal Investigation Division secured Warrants on Matthew Lee Johnson of Goldsboro.
Johnson is accused of Breaking & Entering, Larceny after Breaking & Entering, Larceny of a Dog and Possession of Stolen Goods.
These charges are in reference to a break-in that occurred at the East Wayne Veterinary Clinic at 4255 Hwy 70, Goldsboro NC.
Officers from A Shift arrested Johnson on Sunday March 23, 2008 without incident. Johnson was placed in the Wayne County Jail under an $11,000.00 secured bond.
The Dog and several other items were recovered during the investigation.
Johnson was also charged with several Misdemeanor charges on order for arrest warrants.
