IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - Police say a woman and four children have been found dead in an Iowa City home.
Police say in a statement the bodies were found Monday morning in a suburban area of the city. Dispatchers got a call saying officers needed to get to the home immediately - then caller then hung up.
Officers who responded found the house unlocked and located five bodies inside.
Police say they were not able to locate the adult male resident, Steven Suppel. The family's van was missing.
