NEW YORK (AP) - Investigators searching for a New Jersey woman missing since last summer have found part of a human skeleton at a pond in Staten Island, New York.
They haven't confirmed whether the bones found in a suitcase are Amy Giordano's remains. DNA tests are being done.
Two men have been charged in Giordano's disappearance, including a man with whom she was having an affair. He's been charged with murder. The attorney for the second man says his client is helping authorities.
The woman's 11-month-old son was found abandoned in a hospital parking lot in Delaware last June and now is in foster care.
