WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) - Police in Wilmington have arrested four people in connection with the shooting death earlier this month of a 23-year-old man.
A statement from the Wilmington Police Department said 17-year-old Joseph Terrell Gregory Jr. and 19-year-old Antoine Robert Alston were arrested on Thursday. Before that, 18-year-olds Eric Deshaun Butler and Terrence Dominick McIntyre were arrested and charged in the death of Robert Lee Marshall Jr.
All four suspects are from Wilmington.
Butler and Gregory face several charges, including homicide. They are being held without bond. McIntyre and Alston are both charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
Authorities say officers responding to a call on March 5 found Marshall lying in a street on the city's northwest side. Marshall was taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center where he died.
