A weekend stabbing sends a Massachusetts man to jail in the east.
Carteret County Sheriff's Department says Francisco Hernandez faces assault charges.
Deputies say he was driving a moving truck down Highway 24 last night when people started egging his truck.
Hernandez got out and chased down one of the men, punched him, and stabbed him in the leg and chest.
The passenger in the moving truck had to pull Hernandez off Lambert.
