We've all heard the saying “the pen is mightier than the sword” but some students are learning why that's true first hand. Kids at John Cotton Tayloe Elementary School created their own school constitution on the 221st anniversary of the National Constitution. Some classrooms even created their own. Teachers say it's important for the kids to learn about how important these rules and laws are. Students were able to sign their school constitution throughout the day.
