A man survives an alligator, but has to pay for it

»  Comments | Post a Comment

A man survived an alligator attack, but now he is in trouble with the law because of it.
According to the Jacksonville Daily News, Adam Rush was fishing when an alligator tried to get into his boat. He fought off the creature with his oar.
But when wildlife officials responded they slapped him with a ticket for the under-sized bass and for not having his boat registration.
Rush had the bass hanging from his boat when the alligator attacked - he hit the alligator with an ore when it tried to get on the boat.
Wildlife officials say alligators do not normally attack people.
