The latest Manpower employment survey suggests the job market could be heating up.
12 percent of companies surveyed plan to do some hiring in the first quarter of next year, another twelve-percent plan to cut back, while the vast majority plan to stay put.
The biggest gains are expected in the northeast, midwest, and south.
