The government announced it will extend the 700 billion dollar financial bailout program. But there are some changes in the works.

The program will be extended through the fall of 2010.

Money will be re-allocated to better help small businesses access loans and it will also go to help homeowners facing foreclosure.

Nationally, the foreclosure rate fell 8 percent in October, but is still 18 percent higher than last year.
