There is some good news for our states economy. The foreclosure rate in our state dropped five percent in October.

There is some good news for our states economy. The foreclosure rate in our state dropped five percent in October.

North Carolina is the 36th lowest among all states.

More than 3,200 people filed for foreclosure. That's the lowest number in five months.
