A Washington man has reason to celebrate today after he scratched off $100,000 in the North Carolina Education Lottery "Jingle Big Ol' Bucks" game.

Offcials say he bought his winning ticket at Mike’s Mini Mart on Highway 33 East in Chocowinity.

Michael Latchaw says he was shocked to see all of the zeros appear as he scratched it off.
