A fugitive wanted by police is now in custody.
He's been on the run for a shooting a year ago.
Rocky Mount Police arrested Caleb Wardrett on charges of attempted murder for a shooting last December.
Officers say he shot Tyrone Arrington seven times.
Arrington survived the attack.
Wardrett is in the Nash County Jail under a 150 thousand dollar bond.
