ConAgra Foods today is appealing the ruling that fined the company for the deadly explosion at its plant in Garner.
The Department of Labor cited its Slim Jim plant with 26 safety violations connected to the accident in June.
The explosion at the facility killed four people and injured dozens.
The fines total more than 134 thousand dollars.
