SAN MATEO, Calif. (AP) - A California psychic is pleading no contest to bilking an elderly woman out of $80,000 by using Tarot cards.

SAN MATEO, Calif. (AP) - A California psychic is pleading no contest to bilking an elderly woman out of $80,000 by using Tarot cards.
San Mateo County prosecutors say 46-year-old Janet Adams changed her plea Friday after they threatened to file charges on behalf of two more victims.
Prosecutor Steve Wagstaffe says Adams took $80,330 by convincing the 85-year-old woman her husband would die of a heart attack if she didn't pay for special prayers.
Adams faces up to six years in prison when she is sentenced March 6.
Adams previously served two years in prison for two 2004 scams at a pumpkin festival.
