Authorities are searching for a missing endangered woman, Sabra R. Murrell.
She's believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

She's a 19 year old Caucasian female, 5'7", 200 lbs. with blondish/red hair and blue/green eyes.
Murrell was last seen at the Stafford Glen Assisted Living center on West 5th Street in Greenville, NC.
