UPDATE: Victim in Friday shooting facing charges

The victim of a Friday afternoon shooting is now facing charges.

The victim of a Friday afternoon shooting is now facing charges.

Plymouth Police say De-Andre Rouson was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

They say Rouson went after another man during an argument and he was shot in the leg.

Rouson is in jail.

Police are still investigating. No word yet on whether or not the shooter will be charged.
