Remnants of Tropical Storm Ida brought rain to Tennessee and that may be what caused a couple rock slides Tuesday.

The first happened around 6 a.m. on U.S. 64 in Polk County. Camera crews went to get video of the damage and happened to catch the second rock slide in the same spot around 1 p.m. A huge portion of the mountain sweeps onto the highway, taking trees with it.

DOT officials have closed the road until further notice, while they clean up the mess.
