A fight between roommates turned violent this weekend and ended with one of them getting stabbed.
Greenville police say Geoffrey Keene and Johnnie Harris got into a fight in their apartment on the 1,000 block of Peed Drive.
They say Keene wound up stabbing Harris’s left hand with a kitchen knife.
Paramedics took Harris to Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
Officers arrested Keene at the scene and booked him into the Pitt County Detention Center.
