Wayne County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Goldsboro man for a sexual assault on Nov. 7. Carlos Wright is charged with kidnapping and second degree rape.

Wayne County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Goldsboro man for a sexual assault on Nov. 7.

Carlos Wright is charged with kidnapping and second degree rape. Investigators say Wright was involved in a rape in the Dudley area. He's being held under a $250,000 bond.
