Several detours in the western part of the North Carolina are still in effect, following three major rockslides in recent weeks.
Workers are still clearing debris from a rockslide off I-40 near the North Carolina-Tennessee border, following the October 25th rockslide.
They say they've made a lot of progress, but there's still much work to be done.
An official detour has been set up for interstate traffic.
It could take several more months before all the work is finished.
And the Tennessee Department of Transportation says U.S. 64 will be closed for at least two months, following a rockslide last week.
The first rockslide was followed by another one, just hours later.
