The future of North Carolina's Conagra plant is up in the air.
As of this week the Garner company cut 300 jobs out of its 750 employees.
Officials said the cuts were the direct result of the explosion in June that killed three people.
It also cut the plant's production capacity in half.
Garner officials are meeting with the company to discuss possible incentives to keep the plant open.
Mayor Ronnie Williams says he expects Conagra to make a decision in two to three months.
