The recent rain and mild weather is causing a return of mosquitoes.
Officials in Hyde County say they are seeing an increase in low lying areas close to marshes.
While the health department has no* decided to restart spraying, they say they will continue to monitor the situation.
In the meantime, health officials warn to continue to take precautions, like eliminating mosquito breeding places and use repellent if you are going to be outside during dusk and dawn.
