It's now the Senate's turn to vote on health care reform.
Senators will cast their votes tomorrow night.
That vote will determine if the full Senate will get to debate the bill.
So far the bill has been debated in Senate sub-committees.
Debate even continued today as Democrats urged fellow Democrats and Republicans to pass the bill.
But not everyone was convinced.
"They don't wanna be on the wrong side of history. They don't want to have to explain to their grandchildren that we still don't have healthcare because i killed it on a procedural vote," says Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio.
"Higher premiums, higher taxes on the middle class including small businesses, medicare cuts - there's nothing here to like," says Republican Senator John Cornyn of Texas.
There will need to be at least 60 votes for the bill to start formal debate on the Senate floor.
