A community comes together to remember Shaniya Davis

Shaniya Davis' short life and violent death continues to reverberate in her hometown. The Fayetteville community came together on Saturday to remember the five-year-old girl.

Shaniya Davis' short life and violent death continues to reverberate in her hometown.
The Fayetteville community came together on Saturday to remember the five-year-old girl.
Lines formed outside the funeral home for the visitation.
Davis was reported missing on November 10.
Authorities found her body Monday in Lee County.
"It's a very very tragic. We're very sad," said Miriam Torres
A lot of people who showed up didn't even know the girl, but wanted to come by and pay their respects.
"I could just only imagine, that's unbelievable," said Kay Fuller.
Davis’ mother is charged with human trafficking.
Police say she sold her into prostitution.
Mario McNeill has been charged with murdering the girl.
The funeral for Shaniya Davis is scheduled for Sunday afternoon.
