The Wayne County Sheriff's Office tells Nine On Your Side that they've charged 3 men in connection with throwing rocks from a moving vehicle into oncoming vehicles.
It was first reported to the Sheriff's Office on October 10th.
Authorities say that several vehicles were damaged after large rocks were thrown at their windshields.
They've charged 28 year old Kimball Hunter Gwaltney and 18 year old Thomas Kyle Herring, both of Pikeville, with 2 Counts of Injury to Personal Property and False Report to Police Station. Also charged is 19 year old David Michael Metcalf, also of Pikeville, with 2 counts of Injury to Personal Property.
Each were released on a $2000 unsecured bond.
