Senator Kay Hagan is making her pitch in support of health care reform.

Senator Hagan addressed fellow lawmakers this morning in D.C.

She says reform will help prevent insurance companies from denying coverage to people with pre-existing conditions.

Hagan says those unfair practices will not be allowed under reform.
