A joint investigation by Havelock Police and the Craven County Sheriff's Department has led to the arrest of two people.
It happened Saturday in Harlowe.
That's when authorities say they arrested 34 year old Rebecca Ann Brockington and 47 year old Michael Leonard Manigo on drug related charges.
Brockington is charged with sale and delivery of cocaine, conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine, 2 counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver, and resist, obstruct, and delay a law enforcement in the performance of their duty.
Manigo is charged with 2 counts of maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of sale and delivery of cocaine, sale and delivery of cocaine, 2 counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver, and conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine.
Both Brockington and Manigo are in the Craven County Jail under a $50,000 bond.
