Officials say a North Carolina man accused of being a part of a terrorist ring in now on the run.
Jude Kenan Mohammad failed to appear in court Saturday in Pakistan.
His lawyer did not show up either.
Mohammad is accused of being a member of a North Carolina based terrorist group.
The group claims they were preparing for an attack, but did not specify where.
Mohammad is one of the eight group members who are still on the run.
He was caught last year after he tried to enter Pakistan and was booked on charges of weapons possession.
He was released on bail.
