Senator Kay Hagan says she wants the President to be specific about how he expects to pay for health care reform.
Hagan supports changes because health care premiums climbed by 98 percent since the year 2000 while salaries only climbed 18 percent over that time.
Hagan says if costs continue on their current trajectory, health care premiums for the average family would hit 25 thousand dollars a year by 2016.
