CARTERET COUNTY, N.C. - Investigators say they have an illegal alien in the slammer on drug charges. Carteret county deputies picked up Reyniery M. Zapata on cocaine trafficking charges last week.
He is in the Carteret County jail under $200,000 bond. Investigators say he had a fake ID on him when he was caught and after the state prosecutes him, Immigrations and Customs will start proceedings to deport him.
