GREENVILLE, N.C. - North Carolina is still fighting it's way out of the economic slump.
We checked the current foreclosure rates for counties based on data from the North Carolina Justice Center.
We calculated that six counties across the east are on pace to set record foreclosure filings this year.
They are Beaufort, Carteret, Greene, Onslow, Pamlico, and Pitt counties.
