The driver of a pick-up truck that crashed into a school bus last week is now facing charges.

The driver of a pick-up truck that crashed into a school bus last week is now facing charges.

According to published reports, Brenda Daniels is now facing charges for a stop light violation.

The accident happened last week on Highway 17 and Main Street in Elizabeth City.

Daniels and another student were airlifted to a hospital. 40 other students were treated and released.
