A Marine is charged with a long list of sex charges involing a 12 and 13 year old.
27-year-old Michael Raue is charged with first degree statutory sexual offence, child abuse involving a sexual act, 22 counts of indecent liberties with a child, and 10 counts of sexual battery.
Tonight Raue is in jail under a 430-thousand dollar bond.
His first appearance is scheduled for tomorrow.
