A Greenville woman charged with second-degree murder following a drunk-driving accident last August is due in court Thursday morning.
Investigators say Carla Atallah was driving drunk when her SUV flipped on Worthington Rd. near DH Conley High School.
A passenger, Ryan Worthington, was thrown from the car and killed.
Atallah is facing several charges including second-degree murder.
According to The Daily Reflector, Atallah has pending DWI charges from two earlier incidents in August 2008, and May 2009.
Atallah is scheduled to appear in court Thursday on the May charges.
