A man is behind bars, facing several sex-offense related charges.
Onslow County Sheriff's Office says Kevin Allen faces first degree statutory sex offense, indecent liberties with a child and sexual battery charges.
Deputies say he inappropriately touched a four-year-old at his home this summer.
Allen is in jail. His first court appearance was this morning.
