New Bern Police arrested a man they say was responsible for a weekend stabbing that landed a man in the hospital.
Police arrested Vincentie Hernandez last night.
They say he stabbed Pedro Garcia in the neck on George Street early Saturday morning following an argument.
Hernandez was charged with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
Garcia is in stable condition at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
