Someone in North Carolina now has a bigger bank account.
Someone in Asheville picked the winning Powerball numbers worth $141 million.
It’s the third time someone in our state has picked the numbers for a Powerball win.
They bought the winning ticket at a Wilco store on Smokey Park Highway.
If they go for a lump sum payout, they will walk away with more than $69 million, minus taxes and they have 180 days to claim it.
Someone in Lincolnton also picked a ticket that had all five white balls but not the Powerball.
That's worth a cool $1 million.
