A fugitive who's been on the run for months is finally in a jail cell tonight.
Early this morning, Carteret County deputies arrested Michael Burt Jr. in Newport.
He's charged with conspiracy, firing a weapon into a home, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and armed robbery.
