Child porn is making its way through schools in one county.
And the suspects are in the photos themselves.
The Pender County Sheriff's Office says students are "sexting" or sending sexually explicit pictures of themselves via text messages.
Deputies say "sexting" is illegal for minors.
And the photos are often passed along to others who weren't meant to see them.
Investigators try to get the photos back before they hit the internet, but many times they're too late.
Students caught sexting face suspension or even criminal charges.
