Goldsboro Police say two people have been charged with armed robbery and 2nd degree kidnapping in connection with a home-invasion in May 2009.
The victim reported a a black male brandishing a firearm forced his way into his home and removed his 52” television, Playstation 3, and cell phone.
Authorities say their investigation into the incident led to the arrest of 27 year old James Carnell Howard and 32 year old Eluxious Angelic Gurganus. Howard is also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He's under a $255,000 secured bond. Gurganus is under a $50,000 secured bond.
