Three people are in jail after shots were fired at a fast-food restaurant early Sunday morning.
Police responded to the Cook-Out on Memorial Drive after a call came in for shots fired at 2:45.
Investigators say three victims tried to getaway in their car from the men threatening them, but they were shot at as they tried to getaway.
None of the victims were hurt.
Officers arrived on the scene and heard gunshots.
They stopped two cars at the Trade-Wilco gas station.
Police say Kevin Carr dropped a handgun at the scene and tried to run away.
Officers arrested him quickly.
They arrested the other suspects at a traffic stop.
They are Darius Lindsey and Raymark Bembury.
Detectives say they found 40 grams of cocaine and a gun with them.
Charges vary for each, which include shooting into a car, assault with a deadly weapon and cocaine trafficking.
