WILLIAMSTON, N.C. - A deadly car accident that happened last month has landed a Marine in trouble with the law.
State Troopers say Adam Holliday was at the wheel in the accident that killed Dustin Snyder on December 31st.
Martin County wants to charge Holliday with felony death by vehicle and reckless driving.
They've contacted Camp Lejeune, where Holliday is stationed and now they are waiting to see what the military decides to do.
The investigation showed Holliday, who is not yet 21, had alcohol in his system.
