GOLDSBORO, N.C. - Police say they've charged two men with statutory rape.

It happened Monday.

21 year old Michael Pierucki and 20 year old William Earl Wooten Jr. are both charged with Statutory Rape, Crime Against Nature, and Contributing to Delinquency of a Juvenile.

Their arrests stem from a reported sexual assault on July 23rd, in which a 15 year old Johnston County victim said the pair had sexual intercourse with her.

Both Pierucki and Wooten are in the Wayne County Jail on a $100,000 secured bond.

They're scheduled for a first court appearance Tuesday.
