WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) - Those still bemoaning the loss of Chad Michael Murray from "One Tree Hill" can own a piece of his history from the television show filmed in North Carolina. The StarNews of Wilmington reported that the house where Murray's character, Lucas Scott, lived is on the market. An open house will be held Saturday and Sunday at the 1,600- square-foot bungalow in Wilmington. Owner Stephen Healy is asking $225,000 for the house. Although a copy of the interior and part of the porch was built on a sound stage at EUE/Screen Gems studios, the show used the house from the first season through last season when another character used the home as a set for a movie. The two-bedroom, two-bath house was built in 1907. An addition was built completed in 1912.
