The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says they've charged a Maysville man with larceny.
It happened after a 71 year old Princeton resident went into the Handy Mart at Hwy 70 W and 581 on Monday and inadvertantly left his wallet at the register. When he returned later to claim it, he discovered it was missing.
Authorities say surveillance video showed 52 year old Delton Lee Southard pick up the wallet.
He was later arrested at his job in Princeton.
Southard's bond was set at $1,000 unsecured.
