GREENVILLE, N.C. - The driver in a deadly December accident in Beaufort County is scheduled to appear in court today.
Harry Truman Moore has been in jail since December 28th facing three counts of death by motor vehicle.
Investigators say he lost control of his Ford Mustang while going at least 90 miles an hour around a curve on Cherry Run Road.
The car wound up in a creek.
Three passengers died, Rakima McCall, Earl Windley and Angela Carter.
A fourth passenger, Daniel Avery, survived.
