A man faces charges in connection with a breaking and entering, after police stop to help him on the side of the road. Jacksonville Police say they stopped to help Derrick Stokes after his car ran off the road in the Country Club area of town Saturday morning. While helping him, an officer discovered Stokes had items in his possession that weren't his. After further investigation, Stokes was charged and is in the Onslow County Jail.
